I thoroughly enjoyed the analysis of each episode, and the empathy exercised when dissecting the actions of the characters. As much as I love Gundam and this show’s take on the storyline; by far my favorite part of the show, were the enriching tales that were shared about Japanese history, and culture. In particular how the show tied Japanese history and current events of the late 1970s into what the producers were putting on the screen for all of us to enjoy. If you like Gundam I recommend. If you would like to hear two entertaining people add layers of thought provoking detail to a show that has captured the imagination of people across the world for decades; then this is a must listen.

The most thoughtful, well considered, knowledgeable, entertaining and educational analysis based companion podcast to the Gundam franchise I know of. This is the gold standard for media analysis in podcasting as far as I’m concerned.
