Much like last year, we are spending the last podcast of the year reflecting upon the year that has passed and looking forward to the next year with intention. We find the idea of setting resolutions for 2021 to be somewhat laughable after the year we've all had, so, instead, we are talking about our "strands of hope" for the new year.
