Artresia Fryar was born and raised in Plainfield, NJ. She has a Bachelors degree in Business from William Paterson University. Ms Fryar also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Social Work. She has worked with several school outreach programs, correctional facilities for adolescents, and as a high school counselor. Ms Fryar is adamant about giving back to her community and uplifting the youth. She is currently an adjunct professor at Union County College and a Field Liaison that mentors social work students at Rutgers University.
