“Why do grown adults who read and broadcast for a living pronounce words that end with “ing” with a “guh” sound? Melissa has an infinitely more pleasant voice than Mandy (too much vocal fry) but in her read for Crunch Lab for example, she says “here’s what you’re gettink” and in Lume ads, it lasts “all day lonk.” But you say “gift giving” normally so it’s possible! Fix your pronunciation! You sound like a child!”
