There are signs of growing employment challenges for young graduates from private universities in Singapore. A recent survey released by government agency SkillsFuture Singapore found that for the percentage of fresh graduates from private education institutions who found jobs within six months has fallen. The disparity is further reflected in their salary levels. What are the career aspirations and expectations of young graduates? How can they overcome challenges when seeking employment?
