“I’ve been a PRO subscriber of MC since more than 5 years. I’ve been forced to quit this post pandemic due to pathetic customer support. Even though I have been paying on a monthly subscription model and paying through Apple Pay. Inspite of being charged for the subscription, I’ve been denied PRO features. It says your subscription has expired even though I shared the proof of my renewals. But the customer support channels( less said the better as it’s so sub standard ), are deplorable as it only operate through AI bots. It closed my tickets without solving my issues. I felt let down and cheated.”
