“I’ve been listening to your shows and I must first begin with mentioning how much I Adore your open/close with “your mind is like a parachute, it doesn’t work if you don’t open it” ❤️ Not only is it just Good life advice but it’s great advice leading into your podcast. I’ve been shocked, in awe, proud, surprised, irritated but overall Intrigued by the content you both share. I’m writing this time because as a current MSW student I’m an advocate for therapy as well as support groups. I was literally screaming Sid if you don’t say go to a support group I’m going to start a letter writing campaign! 😩😂 You did! You give sound advice and while I don’t always agree with the perspectives you both have I can appreciate your willingness to at least start a conversation! Thanks so much for that! Please I urge you to continue to encourage US to attend support groups. They are FREE and something for almost every issue. This was by far one of the best episodes. ✊🏽”
