“I tried. I really tried. Nothing wrong with the content or the stories from call-ins. I listened to four different episodes spread seasons apart in the hopes the audio would get better, but every episode heavily features the host making horrible noises with his mouth that the mics pick up way too well. I bailed after listening to him enunciate through saliva, making strange swallowing and low audible clicks, all while forcing a fake whisper. It’s like listening to a podcast while someone eats, slurps, and swallows next to the mic.”
