“Even if you have moon-landing anniversary fatigue, Lucille Cunningham’s Moonrise podcast (from the Washington Post) is fascinating. It zooms way out in time, history and culture to explain how and why Americans went to the moon. Her perspective is much broader than just the Soviet-U.S. rivalry. I never considered the role of science fiction. But she weaves it in beautifully. And I really like her narration style.”
