This episode is brilliant. I am feeling motivated and encouraging myself to check out my glucose level. It’s funny these days I do fasting more than 14 hours a day (while sleeping and then in the morning during exercising) then I come to eat between 15 to 17 pm each day only once a day, adding perhaps a snap during early evening. Then I also dr8 k plenty of water and when it comes to sleep time I feel starving then I eat a lot of junk food then I can’t sleep properly.
So this podcast I now get that increasing exercising and eating less sugar and vegan processed foods will support my health and improve my sleep quality time. Plus getting all the lifestyle I carried since I was in the womb.
