But first, coffee
I stumbled upon TMC after months of working alongside Rick’s partner in crime, Danielle. I love that within each episode I gain an additional Pearl of knowledge or angle of holistic internal work that I hadn’t yet read/learned about/ or thought on before. It’s so important to broaden our understanding of our self and how we fit in this world- and Rick presents this heavy content in such a fun and easy to relate to. Plus, he’s not half bad to listen to... (just sayin, Danielle 💁🏼‍♀️🤣). Thank you for sharing your purpose and gift with us all!

Wonderful podcast that has opened my mind to new ways of thinking and processing things. It has helped me overcome a dark time where I was stuck feeling helpless and comparing myself to my past self. I now am able to have a clear mind and navigate life one day at a time. Thank you!

This review is long past due. I’ve been listening to MCP for many years now. It’s the best kept secret of apple podcasts. Thanks to Rick for bringing this timeless wisdom and knowledge into the world.
