“The 3/17 interview of Mollie Hemingway about the J6 committee and Liz Cheney sounded like a hit piece on Cheney.
Hemingway says that in a court of law; defendants get certain rights in an effort to try and insinuate that the J6 committee violated people’s constitutional rights.
Except the J6 committee wasn’t a court of law. And it never was held out to be.
She also talks about Cassidy Hutchison’s story about her hearing that Trump had tried to make the driver of “the Beast” - the president’s armored limo - take him to the Capitol. Except it wasn’t the Beast. It was an SUV.
She also talks about the Secret Service saying that incident never happened - but she fails to mention that the secret service never made the agents that were there that day available for questioning by the J6 committee like they said they would.
I try and listen to the morning wire every day and usually find it to be a good source of news.
But the 3/17 interview of Mollie Hemingway really calls that into question.”
