“I love this podcast. I listen every day. As an automotive repair shop owner, I am begging you to not advertise carshield. They are the most difficult warranty company we’ve ever dealt with and ended up cancelling with them. I don’t know a single shop in my area that will accept them. They make it almost impossible to repair our customer’s vehicles properly and insist on using the cheapest parts that are bound to fail, skimp on replacing gaskets and other things needed to make repairs, or decline the major repairs. I had to fight them for MONTHS to replace a steering column on a vehicle(electric power steering so they couldn’t drive their car the entire time). I am sincerely hoping you cut ties with them once this contract is finished so your listeners who trust you don’t sign up with them!”
