Deeply disappointed in the removal of Byrd
As a reformed Presbyterian woman, the behavior towards Aimee Byrd hurts deeply. Having been a member of a bullying, patriarchal style church a number of years back, I just can’t bring myself to trust or support this show anymore. Not even a mention of thanks to Aimee on the first show back as regards how many of us she has blessed, encouraged to seek the Lord, delve deeper into theology and ultimately to “know Christ” whether we be male or female. Just an unfair accusation of “doxxing” rather than an acknowledgement of her years of valuable service. Based on the show’s previous recognition of the problems associated with “Big Eva”, it’s sad to see Carl and Todd drop the ball and not speak out publicly in defense of a friend and sister.
