As a working mom, Jess Zaino knew there had to be a better way for new parents to work and receive childcare, so she founded Ahmni Co. Her organization is a family solution for corporate America. It is a program for employers to support working parents. Jess was preparing to launch Ahmni Co. when COVID-19 hit, and she quickly shifted gears to help essential healthcare workers with emergency childcare relief. She is a mom that gets things done!!
