Fantastic Informative Company
I’ve just discovered your pod and have devoured it over the last week. My dad has had PD for over 20 years and at 77 years old, I think he had more or less given up. I’ve shared this pod with him and like me, he loves it. Other than our love of football and family, we now have a new shared topic to discuss which I’m hoping will help him exercise his ever diminishing voice. He has become a bit of a recluse and unless he’s with my Mam, me or my siblings, he doesn’t leave the house. This pod has shone a massive bright light into his life and although he has had a lot of information about PD and is well read on the subject, the pod has been enlightening…..and not just in the knowledge it imparts, but in the company it provides. A huge thank you to you all for if nothing g else, making a worried son that little bit less worried.

Avidly listened to every previous episode and enjoyed every one. All like Parkinson’s people very different but brilliant in their own way. Laughed a lot and learnt a lot too. Thank you! But please can we have some more???

Really illuminating to hear all your diagnosis stories. Due to a clerical screw up I received my diagnosis via e-mail, which wasn’t ideal…

Diagnosed 5 years ago, good to hear others talk about the differing symptoms! Some friends and family seem to doubt my diagnoses because I don’t seem to tremor enough for them! That’s what people assume Parkinson’s = tremor. Looking forward to the other issues you plan to cover. Graham
