My mother died in 2016 at 85 and had so many of the Parkinson’s problems you vividly describe. Another family member has recently been diagnosed and has developed the hallucinations. My mother was frequently terrified by ‘people’ appearing in her room and could not comprehend that we could not also see them. Is there any help in managing this symptom please?”
