No longer alone!
This podcast has been a revelation to me. When I got my diagnosis in 2017 that was all I got, apart from medication. I have to say the medication Co-careldoper was amazing from day one and gave me a new lease of life, although it is waining a bit now. I didn’t receive any advice at all, so I was clueless about when to take meds, especially to avoid mealtimes, to ensure full absorption - vital! Nothing regarding the benefits of exercise, or help managing depression, apathy or exhaustion. Your wonderful podcast has helped me so much, I cannot thank you enough. Please keep going! Sending love x
