“Let’s see, I’ve listened to 6 or 7 so far, all excellent. On this one I vicariously shared your pain. As a fan of the (highly escapist and often over the top) novels, there’s one little problem; Tom could never be Jack Reacher. in fact, I watched the preview, and said “that’s odd, there were lot’s of shots of Cruise, but not a single one of Reacher.” Add to the fact this was one of the weaker source books and all you describe, and it sounds as bad as expected. Despite that, your commentary as always on point and amusingly informative, though Carolina gave away her youth with the mangled carbon copy metaphor; ah, sweet, sweet carbon paper, drug of our childhoods. But I digress. Then I stop.”
