US stocks rallied yesterday, closing at all-time highs after the US Federal Reserve left its benchmark interest rate unchanged for a fifth straight meeting in a range of 5.25 to 5.5 percent. The market optimism is extending to Asia today, where stocks are at their highest levels in nearly two years as the tech sector rallies.
