Terrible these days
I used to love this this podcast, but it seems to have reverted to nothing but the creators bashing people in the true crime community they have personal conflicts with and hurling insults at a growing network of professional enemies. So it has devolved into a unprofessional platform that appears highly one sided rather than the charmingly quirky attempt at amateur journalism. The creators had been a sweet pair of nerds who bounced off one another in hilariously, but that’s changed as well. The podcast seems mired in mountains of hubris and toting their own horns, writhing in self congratulation, and a chilling meanness towards any one who dared to tangle with them. They seem to only support a law enforcement prosecution prospective rather than their former equal coverage. What a shame. I mourn the lost of a show that I had strong attachment to, and looked towards to as it did exhibit a fair view of true crime doings. Their coverage of prospective in the Delphi Case, is completely pro prosecution these days, so no longer making an attempt at fair coverage and true reporting. Terrible podcast these days.

Please stop playing music whilst the guest experts speak. It is very annoying and it makes it very difficult to listen to the speaker.

Started listening because I had heard of this terrible story from another podcast. Gave up because there’s just not enough content in each episode. Too much time wasted with repeated introductions and recap, not to mention the weirdly inappropriate music that goes on way too long.

The Murder Sheet is the best podcast I heard in quite awhile. The research and detail that goes into each episode is very impressive!
