Jessica Fletcher is my Homegirl
I’ve been an avid Murder She Wrote fan since I was a child in the early 90’s. Jessica inspired me to look for bodies on my first grade class picnic and make inappropriate comments like “If everyone has to die anyway, why can’t they just all be murdered? It’s so fun to solve murders!” Since the show went off the air twenty years ago I’ve been forced to come to the realization that I may be the only person under 85 who genuinely enjoys Murder She Wrote. Whenever I mention it I get comments like “Oh, my mom really enjoyed that show…when she was alive.” Thank goodness Marissa and Ben are finally here to break down the absolute goodness that is Angela Lansbury. No longer alone, I can listen to a podcast that recognizes what is awesome, hilarious, and completely ridiculous about Murder, She Wrote and the early 90’s in general. A perfect blend of admiration and legitimate criticism, Murder, We Spoke is now one of my favorite podcasts. Thanks!

Are you binge watching Murder, She Wrote? Then you should also be listening to this podcast! Because they understand! Let's all remember how terrible 80s fashion was and how tv actors in their 60s used to be allowed to look it and how JB Fletcher was hit on by every man she met.Read full review »
