Not as good as Breakdown, which was more objective and convincing.
I thought this true crime topic sounded familiar but gave it a shot anyway. Indeed, this story was covered awhile back by Breakdown, and their reporting was more factual. These women make lots of speculative and conclusory statements (h was falsely convicted) without laying out the evidence upon which they rendered their judgment. It really began to irritate me that they would summarize what someone said instead of letting us hear that person say it on record. And I do agree with other listeners who dislike Jordan Smith’s intonation. She emphasizes words in a snarky way and it sounds like she is a heavy smoker with throat cancer in her future. Very off-putting. I recommend finding Breakdown if interested in Mr. Inman’s tale.
