So important to tell these stories
Investigations like Murderville are a requisite to making everyday Americans understand the injustice system. People assume that there is a way for innocence to be proven, and that a person’s freedom is based in the law, and not fully dependent at time upon power imbalances, egos and biases. It appears Inman deserves to be free, and yet may spend his life in a cage, and this is with exonerating evidence and a deeply committed legal team! We need more reporting like this to elevate the voices of those wrongly accused and incarcerated, who lose so much agency through the devastating process of becoming a victim of the criminal injustice system. I’m looking forward to the next installment of this reporting.

Contrary to the claims of a couple of the one-star reviewers, this is *not* a "ripoff" of the Breakdown podcast by the Altanta Journal-Constitution.
