A great podcast for fitness and nutrition content with a generous helping of humour too! Makes the drive to work a little less boring! Episodes vary in length but most are around 15-20 mins so they are great if you don’t have huge amounts of time to spare. Get over and follow on Instagram too for more great content!

I’ve listened to Simon’s podcasts for months. Much better to listen to someone who talks sense rather than the depressing stuff that’s on the news! He has lots of great tips on managing fat loss and starting to work out. Totally recommend you give him a listen.
