“I love this podcast, and I can honestly be empathetic with these dispatchers that this has to be one of the most stressful jobs, but the episode Reckless Driver, a couple of those dispatchers, especially the city one, was unnecessarily rude. I think burnout must be a big thing with this job, but it’s hard to listen to some of these. On the other hand, a lot are really great.”
