“I first found this podcast through the “Little Miss” instagram post they made about woman in different engineering disciples. I have been hooked ever since and feel comforted and supported when I listen to this podcast because of the stigma behind being a woman in STEM. They talk about different disciplines with different guests and I wasn’t expecting to see two whole episodes over my discipline(civil) but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m a sophomore in college and knowing that other woman have been able to graduate and find their dream job with engineering inspires me to keep going and to not give up. Thank you Lexi and Libby <3”
