The owner was sitting in her car in the turn lane at a red light....the green arrow lit up...but she didn't budge. I supposed she was either blinded from the long, pink hairs on the steering wheel OR just really "into" her cell phone. I did what you would have done....I honked as I judged her for her inattentiveness and her pink steering wheel cover. She flipped...
