“This is really a podcast about Marc and Brian with some occasional details about other friends. I wanted to love this show so hard. It is a lovely concept. But the research is lacking. There was a horrible mispronunciation in the Jane Fonda/Lily Tomlin interview and lack of grasp on Jane’s marriage to Ted Turner. The Abby Jacobson/Ilana Glazer episode is one hour and 11 minutes. The hosts talked about themselves for the first 19 minutes (yes I checked) and then repeated at the end they had much more information on Abbi and Ilana but not enough time. I probably would enjoy the banter between the two guys, except they are presenting this show about OTHER friendships.”
