“On the chemistry between Karen and Georgia - fluid and friendly, which makes it feel like you’re joining a group of friends for a chat when you listen.
On the storytelling- both are engaged (I have predominately listened to the older episodes as I’m a newer listener, so this is based on that fact), but Karen has a more natural storytelling ability. However, Georgia in all her honest self-deprecating humor recognizes that, which I appreciate about her.
Now, could there be a bit more focus on the original topic that everyone signed up for? Yes. However, I notice that quite a few people are bothered by the “political” conversations, which I get to some extent. You came for murder, you want murder. That being said, these two have always spoken openly on their opinions (not always based on fully researched facts), so that shouldn’t make the haters so aghast. Again, I believe in ppl researching so they can form a thoughtful response, but I also noted a lot of ppl on here are SO misinformed about the situation in I/Gaza. American media is so so biased, so if you’re still throwing out that a genocide isn’t happening and I has a right to defend itself, you haven’t truly looked at both sides yourself. I’m going to end my comment here, but it seems like ppl are uncomfortable bc they don’t know the full story.”
