Deviating from a true crime comedy podcast
I’ve listened to this podcast since the beginning but lately find myself deleting episodes before I get to the end because the stories are either 1. not about murder but instead about some crazy guy (i.e. the most recent one being the guy who flew his plane over his exes house for hours before crashing and ultimately dying but not killing anyone) and 2. When they are about murder the facts and reporting is so shoddy. This is their job now and they hardly put any effort into researching the stories. A 5 minute google search has pulled up more information than they report on. The most interesting stories thus far are the “I Survived” but that’s basically another person recapping a television episode. I’ve tried other true crime podcasts but like the comedy premise of this one and Last House on the left is a bit too vulgar for me. Oh yea- forgot to mention the 20+ mins of rambling at the beginning that seems to get longer and longer with every episode.

Dark humor. Blatant, dark, humor. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this way. I can't talk to most friends about dark stuff like this without looking insane. I LOVE IT!Read full review »

LOL
No I'm not saying murder is funny. I'm saying that these 2 ladies are funny, because they're saying what almost all of us think, and we can laugh because it's comforting to know we aren't weird. Hope this show gets to stick around for a long time and doesn't get shut...Read full review »
