“I discovered MFM by accident when I mentioned I had watched the Netflix documentary about Ted Bundy and a co-worker (in the middle of a MEETING!) freaks out and asks if I love true crime. I said: “I think I’m entering the obligatory true crime obsessed in your 30’s stage.” She then told me all about MFM and how obsessed she was with it. She even mentioned she was traveling from Ohio (where we live) to Philly to see MFM LIVE!
I was like: “Sure!” But in my head I thought: “Yeah, okay. Another podcast recommendation. Why are people so obsessed with podcasts?” And then I began. I started at episode 1 (although episode 161 had just been posted) and became obsessed. I listen to MFM almost everyday. I’m happy I’m binging on old episodes and catching up but I’m terrified of the day I DO catch up! I might have to go back and listen to old episodes just to get my fix!

“I like the podcast overall, it is basically just a casual conversation between friends about true crimes. They do spend way too much time talking about how weird they think they are for being into the subjects and that gets boring. Overall very fun to listen to though.”
