EXTREMELY disappointed!!
This podcast has been my “go-to” at boring jobs for over a year. I absolutely loved the dark humor, exciting stories, and the light brought to mental illness. I absolutely love that these two are making it normal to see a therapist. However, episode 228 is the reason I am boycotting this podcast. I am sickened by the darkness in this world. I am sickened by the murder of George Floyd. I am sickened that it caused so much rioting. It hurts that businesses have been burned and lives have been lost because people are so mad over this murder... you cannot solve violence with violence... the whole situation makes my soul hurt... it’s okay to be angry, but please don’t burn small business down and loot! In episode 228 they were talking about the Trump Rally in Tulsa. One of them said “if there is some kind of serious rioting because of this, it’s well deserved.” I just can’t with the political talk on a true crime podcast. NO ONE ... and I mean NO ONE deserves to lose their life or their place of business because people are upset. Rioting IS NOT okay. I don’t care if you are liberal, conservative, or just flat out don’t care... the thought of someone saying that the riots would be well deserved IS NOT okay.

More reviews of My Favorite Murder with Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark
Two funny and charming ladies on the grizzliest of topics. It's like being at the cocktail party they describe in the first episode where most people would be put off by the topic, but people like me are only drawn to the conversation.Read full review »

This is the most amazing podcast I’ve ever heard. I feel like these two women are my sisters. Ps: Promise I won’t murder you Karen and Georgia.

LOL
No I'm not saying murder is funny. I'm saying that these 2 ladies are funny, because they're saying what almost all of us think, and we can laugh because it's comforting to know we aren't weird. Hope this show gets to stick around for a long time and doesn't get shut...Read full review »
