“I hope listeners have not taken Emily’s advice, listening for quite some time now I noticed she doesn’t have any real idea of what she is talking about. A quick search will show that she did a quick course with no experience and then marketed herself as a BA in Melbourne (in a time of high growth) going after first home buyers. Emily seems to be focused only on growing her own brand, selling courses. John on the other hand, I do rate him and his past experience is the proof in the puffing for him. Perhaps we can have John and someone with more knowledge and experience - similar to the Property Couch (those guys know what they are talking about).”
