Description
This episode is the end of season 1. Thank you all so much for sticking with My Yellow Couch so far. I am really enjoying the experience. I am delighted to say I will be back for season 2. Keep an eye out across my social media "AlexinCork" for details of the upcoming guests. In the episode I speak with Maria Ryan, child and adolescent psychotherapist. Maria takes us through her journey as a child who was born in a Mother and baby home, to her job as a psychotherapist working with our most vulnerable children. We chat all things feelings, emotional strength, the importance of emotional support, body confidence, living as single, kick ass women and everything inbetween. What a breath of fresh air. My kind of woman. Enjoy!
