“Unfortunately the first episode I listened to he interviewed a woman & made several embarassingly sexist comments about how unusual it was she backpacked w/o her husband & how he was interviewing her w/o her husband, etc - it was quite offensive, but I tried to not let that cloud my opinion of the podcast overall. I just think the host needs to realize men are not the only beings capable of backpacking solo.”
