A truly great resource
I am yoga teacher and I create and facilitate yoga teacher training. This podcast has been such a great resource for me when I write training manuals. Adam and Greg reference studies I can track down and help me understand the strengths and limits of the available research. They also discuss the importance of de-mystifying movement based approaches to treating things like chronic pain and acknowledge the complex biopsychosocial dimensions of any intervention from lifting weights to sitting in meditation. I assign podcast episodes to my students to challenge some of the most persistent and pervasive myths in the yoga world about what is safe or unsafe and to help them think more critically about yoga dogmas surrounding strength and flexibility. Please keep the episodes coming and I hope I can train with Greg or Adam if/when they are in Melbourne, Australia.

More reviews of The NAF Physio Podcast
Great podcast that challenges some of the current physiotherapy trends. Highly recommended, particular for junior MSK physios finding their feet.

Brilliant podcast gents. Voicing what a lot of therapists think at the same time as slowly pulling me out of the jaded void I am stuck in regarding the profession. Refreshingly honest about what seems to have become a fad driven industry - or maybe it’s always been that way..
