Description
A 230-day walk, spanning 3,800 kilometres was Srishti’s way of creating awareness about violence — acid attacks, dowry, rapes, assaults etc — on women, and finding a possible solution. During the walk, she worked to create awareness about women’s safety, and offered empowerment through financial and digital literacy. The walk and compelling interactions that took place during the on-foot event, are now part of a 90-minute-long documentary titled WOMB - Women Of My Billion. Topic: Making sense series.
