SOUN stock has been caught up in a lot of hype after NVIDIA's 13-F filing disclosed a $3 million investment in Soundhound. What investors may not realize is that this investment actually happened over six years ago and was only now disclosed after Arm's IPO triggered NVIDIA's 13-F release. Soundhound is not the next NVIDIA. Not even close. When we dug into Soundhound, we found a company plagued by low customer retention and a commoditized product. They've also been diluting shareholders like mad and taking on a lot of debt. On top of all that, one customer made up nearly half of Soundhound's revenue last year, which is a showstopper for us.
