Great content
I love the content on this show but I wish the hosts would not interrupt their guests quite so much. There is rarely a good flow to the episodes bc the hosts talk too much and don’t let their guests finish their trains of thought.

More reviews of NC F&B Podcast
I just finished listening to the December 10, 2020 podcast featuring author and ESPN personality Wright Thompson talk about his book “Pappyland”. What a fascinating conversation! It inspired me to buy and read the book. I definitely will be catching on the rest of your episodes!

I have enjoyed listening to the stories of Chefs and other F&B talent of NC. It helps me learn and pass the time while I travel. The long format with a nice casual feel gives you great insight into the unscripted world of these interesting personalities.

Max and Matt do such a great job of opening listeners eyes, ears, and bellies up to new movers and shakers within the N.C. good and beverage industry! Love this podcast!!
