I’m curious as to why you mispronounce the character name Penance. I may be wrong, but when her name is said on the show, it sounds just like the word “penance”, like PEN-ints, not puh-NANCE.
Yes, they did cram a lot into this pilot episode, but I haven’t had any trouble following things. Like with any serialized, we need to wait to see how things unfold (hopefully).
