“Being an enraging podcast host and treating creating a quality experience for the guest and audience is predicated on preparation coupled with public speaking skills. The host relied heavily on “Um” “kinda” “sorta” “you knows” to give her time to formulate questions and responses. I felt for Sarah as she waited and gracefully allowed the constant interruptions of “right” “yah” and “oh wows” to her responses. Host has a huge opportunity for growth with toastmaster and public speaking courses to remove the uptalking and vocal fry and filler words.”
