“I got to listening to NBN podcasts a while back, and am hooked on to them. The books chosen are usually great ones; every 5th or so book seems not very interesting. The interviewers do a fantastic job. The only complaint I have is that the audio quality is something a little iffy - clearly, this is because the interviews are being done via Skype. The podcast makes dont hide this fact; they are probably working on a low budget so I understand that. But, if you can get past the quality of the sound (for which I'd give 3 stars), this is great. The quality of the sound does not detract from this unique podcast that gives us an insight into books that one would normally not hear about. I have bought 4 books last year, after hearing about them. Once I was listening to NBN mathematics about a book while on a trip, pulled over to a gas station to order that book on Amazon so I could have it by the time I got back home ! Thanks a lot guys !”
