“I've just listened to the first few episodes of this new podcast launched by Rick Gannon. Rick is a professional HMO landlord and property investor (amongst other things!) who has a wealth of knowledge. He has a friendly, easy to listen to style and he chats with some very interesting guests,!drawing out their experiences from property investment in a way which allows you to pick up some very useful insights and tips.
He also offers an informative and succinct overview of the proposed changes to mandatory HMO licenses in his (rather catchily named!) "Cup of tea with Rick G" episode.
All in all, well worth a listen if you're a HMO landlord or considering getting into this area of property investment!”
