Genuinely Funny, Interesting and Geeky
I started listening to this podcast because I wanted to find new games to played. I kept listening to this podcast for so many more reasons. Primarily I have stayed because of the way they talk about games. It forces you to see a perspective that you might not have experienced on your own. These perspectives range from a busy man who escapes to play NBA Jams on his phone to a middle eastern woman seeing her culture reflected in Assassins Creed. It does all of this between thought provoking conversation and genuine humor. This podcast has so much potential because of the enthusiasm and love the hosts bring. Simply look at their twitter feed and you’ll understand what kind of podcast this is. They care deeply for their fans and for their games. This is absolutely one of my favorite podcasts. I’m very excited to see where this goes. On a final note: I don’t think I started this podcast as a gamer. After two episodes, I was almost forced to stop seeing games as a something I played. I started seeing them as a form of art that I got to experience. When I made that mental switch, I started calling myself a gamer, thanks to this podcast.

I also find myself waiting excitedly each week for a new episode. “I would highly recommend” is a quote...Read full review »
