In this episode of "Next Level Greatness," I had the pleasure of interviewing Tracy Alexander. Tracy is a former journalist who has now become a Vedic Meditation Teacher. She shared her incredible personal journey with me of how Vedic Meditation came into her life to support her as she was working as a journalist and now how she is using it to bring healing to others.During our conversation, Tracy emphasized the transformative power of self-awareness and the importance of emotional processing.
