This week we will talk about an alternative fuel to oil.  Not ethanol which is expensive but clean -  not wind or solar power that does not work well when the wind stops or the sun is not out.  But synthetic fuel. This is nothing new it has been around since the late 1920's. The Nazi war machine ran on synthetic oil. After World Warr II we liberated a lot of Nazi scientists to include starting our very own synthetic fuel. But a few years later when the Saudi's found oil and were  willing to sell it cheap - we drop our more expense synthetic oil program. Now oil is not cheap and with modern technology synthetic oil could be cheap and very clean.
