"Nationwide, Halifax and Rightmove all reported increases of 7.2%, 8.3% and 7.2% over the last 12 months. Compared to last month, the annual figures were 9.5%, 9.8% and 8.7%."  But prices are showing the first signs of slowdown. Some pundits are saying prices will drop by 30% over 2023.
