So we’re waiting to see what the next few weeks brings. Right now the market is thriving."  "If you’re going to sell typically people wait till spring. It’s pretty miserable this time of year. If you wait for spring there's more competition...so that could impact your price. There are buyers who are keen now who perhaps paused for thought last year and now they’re ready and you really can make the most of them. I think later in the year, as with every election year, you get closer and it's people start to think I’ll just wait till the election decision into early 2025."
