I ran through how our Super Eagles players performed in the top European leagues over the past week including Samuel Chukwueze scoring in back to back games for Villarreal initially in a 7-1 Copa Del Rey win on Wednesday before rounding up the scoring in their 3-1 win over Real Sociedad in La Liga on Saturday. In Germany, Kevin Akpoguma scored a last minute equaliser for Hoffenheim at home against Gladbach to maintain their impressive start to the season as they sit in 5th place and look likely to challenge for a UCL spot this season. In Portugal, Zaidu Sanusi scored his 1st goal of the season for Porto in their 4-0 thrashing of Vizela on Sunday night to stay top of the Portuguese league.
